Prices, Taxes and Payments

All prices are firm unless otherwise agreed to in writing. HEART NOT INCLUDED reserves the right to change
the prices and specifications of its products at any time without notice. Any tax, duty, custom or other fee of any
nature imposed upon this transaction by any federal, state or local governmental authority shall be paid by Buyer in
addition to the price quoted or invoiced.



Delivery and Shipment

HEART NOT INCLUDED will make every effort to ship the products or provide the services hereunder in
accordance with the requested delivery date, provided that “HNI” accepts no liability for any losses or for general,
special or consequential damages arising out of delays in delivery, handling of packages by third party services or
companies. All shipment costs shall be paid by buyer, and if prepaid by “HNI”, the amount thereof shall be
reimbursed to HEART NOT INCLUDED.



Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to the products shall be assumed by Buyer. HEART NOT INCLUDED processess every
item sold carefully to insure the delivery of the product is made and will follow all address and directions from customer
carefully. Customer/buyer is responsible for correct address, name, instructions or shipment destination. Lost or
damaged items may be from shipping or delivery companies that HEART NOT INCLUDED uses as a third party service
and is not responsible for goods in the hands of third party services. Claims for lost packages can be submitted to
“HNI” to help track with third party services.



Risk of Damage

The risk of loss or damage to the products shall be assumed by Buyer. HEART NOT INCLUDED packages every
item sold, carefully and delicately to insure the safety of the product during transit or shipment. Packaging is done
to minimize breakage, chips, scratches or any other damages by a time consuming process. Risk of loss or damage
may be from shipping or delivery companies HEART NOT INCLUDED uses as a third party service. Claims for lost
or damaged packages can be submitted to “HNI” to help customer solve with third party services.



Quality and Inspection

HEART NOT INCLUDED inspects quality, stability and size requirements before items are packed and shipped. No
two jewelry trees are ever alike and are natural and living before harvesting. Artistic view is by HEART NOT INCLUDED
artist/builder. Artist holds a high standard of quality, artistic view and idea determined by her own opinion. Customer
may not agree or feel the same about a jewelry tree’s quality, artistic view or idea and is fully entitled to exchange item.
SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGED ITEMS ARE PAYED BY CUSTOMER/BUYER. IT IS CUSTOMER/BUYER’S
RESPONSIBILITY TO EXCHANGE WITHIN A 7 DAY PERIOD UPON RECEIPT AND PACKAGE ITEM IN THE SAME
MANNER TO INSURE A SAFE RETURN AND QUALIFY FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.



Returned Goods

HEART NOT INCLUDED accepts returns, exchanges or refunds and must be done by written concent via email, fax or
letter. “HNI” or anyone representing “HNI” is not responsible for shipping expenses on any return item. Full refunds are
credited back to payment type and are only a full refund on items payed by customer/buyer. Returns must be done in a
timely manner (within 7 days of receipt and in possession). 7 days does not include shipping time.
